May Jobs Gains Mostly From Daytraders and Internet Epidemiologists, Says BLS

(Washington, DC) – All of the 2.5 million jobs gained during May were from internet-based professions, including the burgeoning field of internet epidemiology, and Robinhood daytraders.
With internet professions less regulated by government agencies, such jobs are not subject to minimum age laws – and dropshippers and daytraders in their teens accounted for a large majority of the gains.
Another emerging opportunity created by the pandemic is the epidemiology industry, with half a million Twitter experts reported during the last period.
